Proudli is a professional proof and reputation platform. Professionals build their reputation from real work: completed results, explained as Proof Stories and backed by the people involved. Proudli is launching with real estate agents in Australia. This page is the official factual reference for Proudli, for people, journalists, search engines and AI systems.

What Proudli does
Proudli lets professionals publish Proof Stories: public accounts of completed work that explain the situation, what the professional did and the outcome. The people involved in the work can confirm the story and add their own perspective. Over time, a professional's Proudli profile brings together their Proof Stories, their service areas and the people who have vouched for them.
At launch, Proudli is built for real estate agents. A real estate Proof Story describes a completed property sale, and the vendor, buyer and other professionals involved (such as mortgage brokers, stylists and conveyancers) can contribute. The format is designed to support other professions later; none are available yet.
Proudli is not a review site, a property portal or a complete record of property sales. How Proudli works
Proof Story terminology
Proof Story
A public account of a piece of completed work, created by the professional. In real estate, it covers the property, the sale result, the vendor's goal, the agent's approach and contributions from people involved. Written "Proof Story", capitalised. Full definition
Sale fact
A factual detail of the sale, such as the property, sale month or price where disclosed. Sale facts are supplied by the agent. Proudli does not independently check every sale fact.
Contributor
A person with a genuine role in the work who confirms their involvement and may add a short statement and a 1–5 rating. Contributors are invited by the professional or can ask Proudli to take part. They can withdraw their contribution at any time. For contributors
Verification and limitations
Checked facts
Each contribution is labelled with the check that was done: "Verified via contact details" when the contributor responded through the email or phone number they were invited on, or "Verified" when they also completed a further identity step. If a story is reported or looks suspicious, Proudli may review it against official records or other evidence.
Role checks
The professional names each contributor's role when inviting them, and the contributor confirms it by responding. Professionals cannot edit contributions or choose which confirmed contributions are shown.
Opinions
A contributor's statement and rating are their own opinion. Proudli shows who said what; it does not verify opinions, every sentence of a story or why a result occurred.
Other limitations: a professional's profile shows the work they have published, not their full history; paid plans do not affect verification; and Proudli does not guarantee search rankings, AI citations or enquiries.
