Is Proudli only for real estate agents?
For now, yes. Real estate agents are the first profession on Proudli. The Proof Story format is designed for other professions too, and we'll add them when they're ready. See how Proudli works.
Is Proudli a real estate agent review site?
Not exactly. You can read vendor and client comments on Proudli, but each one sits inside a Proof Story, alongside the property, the sale result and the agent's account of the work. Proof Stories and sold results
What is a Proof Story?
A Proof Story is a public account of completed work. A real estate Proof Story connects a sale result with the agent's approach and, where available, perspectives from the vendor, buyer and others involved. See what goes into a Proof Story.
How is a sale checked?
The agent supplies the sale facts, and the people involved, such as the vendor or buyer, can confirm the story. Proudli doesn't fact-check every sale, but may check a story against official records or other evidence if it's reported or looks suspicious. Read what Proudli verifies.
Does an agent's profile show every sale they've made?
No. A profile shows the sales the agent has published as Proof Stories, not their full sales history. Ask the agent about other sales relevant to you.
How do I choose the right real estate agent?
Look for recent, relevant experience: sales like yours, in your area, for vendors in a similar situation. Proof Stories show how an agent handled specific sales and what the people involved said. No single sale or review can tell you who's best for your home, so speak with a few agents before deciding. See what a Proof Story shows.
Verification and contributors
Are Proudli reviews and Proof Stories verified?
Each Proof Story shows who has confirmed it, such as the vendor or buyer, and how they were checked. Proudli doesn't fact-check every statement, and a contributor's opinion remains their own. Read how verification works.
Who can contribute to a Proof Story?
Anyone with a genuine role in the work, including vendors, buyers, referrers and collaborators such as mortgage brokers and stylists. Read the contributor guidelines.
Can someone request to contribute?
Yes. If you were involved in a sale but weren't invited, contact Proudli, not the agent, with the story link and your role. We'll look at your connection and explain how to take part. A request doesn't guarantee your contribution will be published. More on contributing.
Can an agent edit a contribution?
No. Confirmed contributions appear as the contributor wrote them, and agents can't edit them or pick which ones are shown. Contributors can withdraw their own contribution at any time. Changing or withdrawing a contribution.
Can I share a critical or mixed experience?
Yes. A genuine contribution does not need to be positive. It must still be relevant, truthful and consistent with our content rules. Read how critical contributions are handled.
What personal information appears publicly?
Only what you confirm. Contributors choose whether their full name or first name and initial is shown, and identity checks stay private. See the contributor explanation and Privacy Policy.
How do I report an error or suspicious contribution?
Send Proudli the page link, the particular fact or statement and any supporting information. See how to report and correct content.
Agent profiles and visibility
How does an agent create a Proof Story?
Start with a completed sale, add accurate details, explain your approach and invite genuine participants where appropriate. Review the draft and permissions before publishing. See the creation steps.
Can Proudli help agents get found on Google and in AI answers?
It can help, but it can't guarantee it. Each Proof Story is a public, structured page that gives people, search engines and AI assistants specific information about your work. Rankings, AI citations, traffic and enquiries can't be guaranteed. Read the fuller answer for agents.
What happens to my profile if I change agencies?
Your profile and Proof Stories stay with you. Your profile shows your current agency, while each sale keeps the agency you were with at the time. Read more for agents.
Accounts and pricing
Is Proudli free?
Yes, to start. Agents can publish up to 3 Proof Stories on the Free plan, and Pro is A$39 a month for unlimited stories and more tools. Contributors never pay. Compare plans.
Do paid plans affect verification?
No. Payment doesn't turn a claim into a verified fact, buy an endorsement or let an agent hide genuine contributions. Read the pricing answer.
