Darren Moffatt is the co-founder of Proudli and an Australian entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience across finance, property, digital marketing and online marketplaces.

Darren began his career in financial services, holding roles with Westpac, Royal & Sun Alliance and Challenger. In 2006, he founded Seniors First, an Australian reverse mortgage and home-equity-release brokerage, where he remains Founder and Managing Director.

He later launched the property social network Housenet and co-founded Sydney digital growth agency Webbuzz. Darren is also the host of the Nerds of Business podcast and has appeared as a media commentator and speaker on entrepreneurship, digital disruption, property and financial services.

His experience building trusted brands and digital marketplaces helped shape Proudli's evidence-first approach to professional reputation and online discovery.

Seb Perez is the co-founder of Proudli and a senior software engineer and software architect with more than 20 years of technology experience.

Across his career, Seb has engineered, architected or built close to 100 software solutions spanning real estate, financial services, healthcare and other industries. He specialises in designing practical digital products that make complex information and decisions easier for users to understand.

Seb previously partnered with Darren Moffatt to co-found and develop iDownsize. At Proudli, his technical and product experience supports the platform's professional profiles, structured Proof Stories, evidence relationships, verification workflows and machine-readable data architecture.

Seb's focus is on building dependable software that turns fragmented professional information into clear, structured and useful evidence.
